First Prelude and the Rains Laugh

As fresh as a peach orchard the rain comes tumbling down. Tiny water drops come spilling from the clouds and all around the earth glistens and glows. Like change it can be a beautiful thing with sunny patches everywhere displaying the glory of the heavens.

But on those days when gray clouds storm across the sky, the trees droop dismally and the rain trickles down everyone's noses to their utmost disgust can we find the sunny patches? It's not an easy thing but it is worth the while. It's not the rains fault that it keep falling. It's going to fall whether we like it or not because that is how it has been planned by someone greater than us. It's not the rains fault but our own. We can hate or receive it and the outcomes are completely different.

Go stand out in the rain and let it wash over you, let it drench you to the bone and then laugh. Laugh a deep, belly laugh that shakes you from head to foot. Laugh because the rain is a beautiful thing. If it can teach you to laugh, teach you to sing, teach you to love the stormy clouds and relentless wind then it is a beautiful thing.

Find the joy, find the sunny patches for they will teach you to love life and to love the creator who has made you so perfectly and loves you more then you could ever imagine.
